A MOTORIST has admitted driving while not in a position to have proper control of his vehicle.
Michael Smout, of Heritage Way in Llanymynech, pleaded guilty to the charge when he appeared at Hereford Justice Centre on Thursday, May 19.
The court was told that on November 1, last year, the 35-year-old was driving an Iveco Daily van on the Gobowen Road in Oswestry, when he was in such a position that he could not have proper control of the vehicle.
Magistrates took his guilty plea into account and endorsed Smout's licence with three points and fined him £75.
He must also pay £90 court costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
