CHIRK Castle will be hosting a special screening to commemorate 50 years of ABBA.
The film Mamma Mia is going to be shown in the castle on Friday, September 9 at 8.15 pm until 10.30pm.
A spokesman for Chirk Castle said: "The story of a bride-to-be trying to find her real father told using hit songs from everyone's favourite Swedish pop group, ABBA.
"Gates open 6:45pm, film starts around 8.15pm, or shortly after sunset if later.
"Bring a blanket or camping chair and watch Mamma Mia on a giant cinema screen under the stars.
"The film certificate is PG and under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
"The event will go-ahead if it is raining but we are hoping for a dry weekend.
"No seating will be provided unless you have VIP tickets.
"Blankets and camping chairs are allowed."
