A CHARITY fashion show is coming to Oswestry next month.

As well as raising money for Cancer Research the event will provide an opportunity to showcase the variety of clothing available at Oswestry Market.

It will take place on Saturday, May 14 from 7pm and will be held inside the Powis Market Hall.

Diane Edge who is organising the event said businesses taking part include Dddelights, which stocks ladies clothing and accessories; Chloe-Anne’s, a baby boutique; casual wear firm Blue Hanger clothing; and Forever After occasion boutique which stocks wedding dresses and outfits for mother of the bride.

She added: "I opted for this charity because a close family member is going through cancer treatment, another is also battling and my father sadly didn’t make it. So time to give back."

Tickets cost £10 to include a glass of Prosecco or orange juice and nibbles.
