AN OSWESTRY man has been fined after he drove through a town centre street without wearing a seat belt.
Tsvetomir Tsvetanov was stopped by police on September 22, last year, in Castle Street while driving a Volkswagen Golf.
The 33-year-old, of Beatrice Court in Gittin Street, was found guilty at Hereford Justice Centre on Friday, April 22.

Magistrates ordered he pay a £220 fine for the offence, plus £90 court costs and a £34 victim surcharge, totally £344.
