A STREET circus was held in Oswestry over the Easter bank holiday.
The Street Circus was held in Bailey Head on Saturday, April 16 and was officially opened by the mayor of Oswestry, Councillor, Mark Jones.
The event was free and ran from 11am and 4pm and and people including, many families, saw street circus acts and walkabout performers walk down the streets.
The event was organised by Oswestry's Business Improvement District (BID) who described the day as epic.
A spokesman for Oswestry Bid said: "What an epic day on Bailey Head at the street circus.
"Great to see so many enjoying the event throughout the day."
"Such a great Saturday at the street circus.
"Great to see the town buzzing."
