STAFF at Henlle Park Golf Club, outside Oswestry, have confirmed the popular course has closed temporarily.
Golfers wishing to book tee-times to play the picturesque course received replies stating that as of Sunday, March 27, the course had been closed.
A reopening date has yet-to-be confirmed.

The course, near Gobowen, has been the subject of at least two failed planning applications to build holiday lodges on the land, reducing it from 18 to nine or 12 holes, with memberships also reportedly removed from sale in favour of 'pay-as-you play'.
Members were emailed by current club owner Ralph Tomley earlier this year to confirm the changes from this month.
However, the club comfirmed it has closed completely after The Advertizer contacted it.
