FORGETING to buckle up has cost one Oswestry motorist more than £300.
Trevor Daniel Jones, 38, forgot to wear his seatbelt on June 5 last year and was spotted in the Walford area of Shropshire.
Jones, of Hawthorn Grove, Oswestry, was driving a Peugeot Boxer at the time, on the B5067. He was convicted in his absence at Hereford Justice Centre on Friday, February 18.
He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £90 costs and a £34 surcharge.
