The road will be closed temporarily
The A483 Northbound was closed imminently after a heavy goods vehicle has broken down.
The road was closed temporarily at J1 Halton.
Traffic Wales confirmed officers were on route to the incident and the road would be closed upon arrival.
It has now reopened.
