FIREFIGHTERS in Oswestry were called out to a chimney fire in the town on Wednesday afternoon.
One crew was sent to Oak Drive, in Oswestry, shortly before 5.30pm and found an open fire.
They used an aerial ladder platform, chimney rods, a stirrup pump and small gear to put out the fire, spending around 90 minutes at the scene.
