Chirk Christmas light switch-on in previous years
THE Chirk Celebrations and Lights Committee is encouraging residents in Chirk to join in with the Christmas lights switch-on safely this year.
With Covid-19 restrictions in place, Chirk residents are being encouraged by the group to help light up the town at 6pm on Saturday, December 5.
Residents are asked to wear Christmas jumpers and stand at their doorstep to enjoy the switch-on.
Posters will be made available for children in the town to colour in and put in their windows.
