A FORMER Bradford City defender has put pen to paper on a deal with The New Saints to become Scott Ruscoe’s fourth signing ahead of the new season.
Kwame Boateng has signed ahead of TNS’s season opener at Barry Town United on Saturday, and brings with him the experience of playing in the English system.
The 21-year-old enjoyed spells at Guiseley and Harrogate Town, and will be looking to establish himself as Ruscoe’s preferred choice at right back.
Boateng spent four years with Bradford City, making a couple of appearances in the senior side during the 2016/2017 season.
He will wear the number 31 shirt and is eligible for the JD Cymru Premier opener at Barry.
