A fundraiser and her son stepped out in tribute to young people who have lost their lives recently.
Hazel Wakefield from Lyneal, and her son Jaimie, who is studying at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) joined supports of Cardiac Risk in the Young for a walk in London at the end of last month.
Over 1,500 people walked together in memory of loved ones and a shared acknowledgement of the 12 apparently “fit and healthy” young people under 35 who die every week in the UK from young, sudden, cardiac death (YSCD).
The CRY Heart of London Bridges Walk is the pinnacle of the charity’s awareness..
