JONES Hazel Patricia On 14th September 2024, passed away suddenly but peacefully at home in Oswestry, aged 79 years. Dearly loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Funeral service at Pentrebychan Crematorium on Tuesday 8th October 2024. Flowers or donations as desired to the West Midlands Ambulance Service.
