EYRES Greta Formerly of Abertanat, more recently of Brookhouse Residential Home, Oswestry. Passed away peacefully on 23rd January aged 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Gordon and much loved mother of Robert, Margaret, Christine, Rosemary and their families. Funeral Service to be held at St Michaels Church, Llanyblodwel on Monday 13th February at 1.00pm. Donations gratefully received for Hope House Children's Hospice. I remember Mrs. Eyres very well. A kind, generous musical lady, who attended the Methodist Church in Oswestry for many years, so she was a big part of my childhood & teenage years. She hosted me and my parents for tea & cake at the farm when I was visiting from the United States. She will be greatly missed.
