Jones - Rosemary - On 7th November 2016, passed away peacefully at the Maelor Hospital, Wrexham, aged 55 years, and of Oswestry. Dearly loved daughter of Brenda, beloved partner of Gordon, dearly loved mum of Emma and Jennifer, loving nana of Dayna, Tyler and Elizabeth, and dear mother-in-law of Ian and Phil.
Funeral service at St. Oswald's Parish Church, Oswestry on Friday 25th November at 12 noon followed by cremation at Pentrebychan Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to The Shooting Star Centre at the Maelor Hospital.
