Wykes - Patricia Palmer - Passed away peacefully at Welshpool Hospital on March 18th 2016, aged 70 years of Trelydan. Much loved Mother of Simon, Paul, Sarah and Peter, adored Grandmother to her five Grandchildren.
Funeral Service at St Mary's Church, Welshpool on Friday April 8th at 1pm. Followed by Private family Committal at Emstrey Crematorium. Donations if so desired to Cancer Research UK or Welshpool Hospital League of Friends.
