Evans - Colin Samuel - On 5th February 2015, passed away at the Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital, aged 79 years and of Chirk.
Dearly loved husband of Vi, much loved dad of Martyn, Jacqueline, Mark and Jane, and devoted grandad to Michael, Nicole, Luke and Dee.
Funeral service at Chirk Methodist Church on Friday 13th February at 11am followed by interment in Chirk Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired will be gratefully received for a charity to be confirmed at a later date.
