Moore - Rosemary - of Gittin Street passed away peacefully on 24th July 2013. Much loved mum of Kate and Alan, dearly loved nan of Sophie, Robert, Alicia and Carlos.
Funeral service at Holy Trinity Church, Oswestry on Friday August 9th at 2pm followed by interment in Oswestry Cemetery.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired to the Renal Unit at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
