Evans - Jennifer Margaret - Passed away
peacefully on March 20th 2013, aged 66 years, of Dolgoch, Porthywaen. Dearly loved partner of John, loving mother of Lorraine, Carl and Paul, much loved nan to Kirsty, Amelia, Kelly, Daniel, Ellie, Lacey, Jamie and Danny.
Funeral service at
St. Michaels Church, Llanyblodwel on Thursday April 4th at 1.00pm, followed by interment in the Churchyard.
Family flowers only please, but donations if desired, to Midlands Air Ambulance.
