Hayward - George Philip
(Phil) - passed away peacefully on March 21st 2013, aged 72 years. Husband of Cherrill, loving dad of Julie and Liz, father in law of Chris and Mark, devoted grandad of Lucy, Charlotte and Richard and brother to Margaret, Marj, Ken and the late Tony.
A private family
cremation service will be followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at St. Martins Parish Church on Tuesday April 9th at 12noon.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Hope House Children’s Respite Hospice.
