TREVOR-JONES, - John. On 1st November 2011, passed away at the Maelor Hospital, Wrexham, aged 94 years, and of Cwmann, Lampeter, and formerly of Ty Issa, Pontfadog and Trelydan Hall, Welshpool.
Beloved husband of the late Iona, much loved dad of Carole and Malcolm and devoted grandfather of Elaine and Stuart.
Funeral service at Pontfadog Parish Church on Thursday 10th November at 10am followed by cremation at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the British Heart Foundation.
