MICHELLE LEWIS 'MISH'
(NEE WORTON) - of Pant Glas, Oswestry passed away at the Severn Hospice on April 19th 2011, aged 52 years. She leaves husband Dai, daughter Bonnie, mother Patricia, sister and brother-in-law Lesley and Pete, brothers and sisters-in-law Pete and Sue and Mark and Sue, the late Stephen and nieces and nephews.
The funeral service at St. Mary's Parish Church, Selattyn was conducted by Rev. Adrian Bailey. Family mourners were husband Dai, daughter Bonnie, mother Patricia, sister Lesley, brothers Pete and Mark, brother-in-law Pete, sisters-in-law Sue and Sue, nieces Paula and family, Kerry and family, Amy and Andrew, Emma, Mollie and Hannah, nephews Andrew and family, Matthew and family and Phil Worton. Other mourners were friends and colleagues too numerous to mention.

THANKS: The family wish to thank everyone for their kindness at this sad time, for the many cards, large attendance at the funeral and the generous donations received to be shared between the Severn Hospice and Macmillan Nurses.
