One person was taken to hospital after a car crashed into a pair of horses on the A5 near Oswestry.
West Midlands Ambulance Crews and Shropshire Fire and Rescue crews were called out to the A5 near Oswestry after a crash at around 10.30pm yesterday evening (March 28).
Three fire crews were called from Ellesmere, Oswestry and Wellington were called out to deal with the incident which saw a hatchback collide with the animals.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue confirmed that one person was later taken to hospital by land ambulance.

A spokesperson for Shropshire Fire and Rescue said: "At 10.42pm on Thursday, March 28, Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Oswestry.
"Three fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Ellesmere, Oswestry and Wellington.
"One hatchback vehicle was involved in a road traffic collision with two horses from local field.
"One casualty in care of ambulance service. Fire crews made vehicle electrically safe and used environmental grab pack to soak up fluids from vehicle."
