Fire crews were called out after a car caught fire on a driveway in Oswestry.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to School View in Oswestry after finding a car in flames this afternoon (July 1).
Fire crews from Ellesmere and Oswestry were called to the scene after it was initially reported that it was a house fire.

The crews quickly put out the fire which had consumed around half of the vehicle.
A spokesperson for Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “At 12:42pm on Monday, July 1, Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire.”
“Two fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Oswestry. An Operations officer was in attendance.
"Crews used Breathing Apparatus (BA), a Hosereel jet and Positive Pressure Ventilation to tackle the fire.
“One vehicle on driveway 50% involved in fire. No fire spread to property.”
